These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the tg33 platform and its users ("you" or "player"). tg33 is an online gaming and betting platform that provides casino games, sports betting, and various other entertainment services for players in Bangladesh.

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

6.1 Welcome Bonus

New players receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,500 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,500. Depositing ৳14,000 gives the maximum ৳10,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳24,000.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20 times the bonus amount. That means if you receive a ৳1,500 bonus, you must place ৳30,000 in bets before withdrawing winnings from the bonus. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the deposit amount.

6.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer may only be used once.
• Attempting to claim bonuses from multiple accounts will result in all accounts being closed.
• tg33 reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus offer.
• If wagering requirements are not met before the bonus expires, the bonus may be cancelled.
• Placing risk-free bets using cashback or promos ("bonus bashing") is prohibited.

6.4 VIP Program

tg33's VIP program has four tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Weekly cashback is available at each tier: Bronze — up to 0.3%, Silver — up to 0.6%, Gold — up to 0.9%, Platinum — up to 1.2%. It is possible to advance to a higher tier through regular play and active participation.

The general rules for all games and betting markets available on the tg33 platform are as follows.

7.1 Sports Betting

• All betting markets are governed by the rules of the applicable gaming software provider.
• In the event of a match cancellation or postponement, the outcome will be determined in accordance with the applicable rules.
• In the case of an obvious pricing error, tg33 reserves the right to void the bet result.

7.2 Casino Games

• Individual rules apply to each game and can be found in the game's interface.
• Game outcomes are determined by an RNG (Random Number Generator) and are completely unbiased.
• If a game is interrupted due to a technical fault, tg33 will resolve the matter based on the last confirmed result.

7.3 Live Games

Live casino games are conducted in real time. tg33 will not be held responsible for any round missed due to a disconnection.

The following activities are completely prohibited on the tg33 platform. Violating these rules will result in immediate account closure and applicable funds may be forfeited.

• Fraud, deception, or illegal activities.
• Opening multiple accounts to abuse bonuses.
• Using software or technical exploits to gain an unfair advantage.
• Stealing another player's information or misusing personal data.
• Activities connected to money laundering or terrorist financing.
• Playing games using bots, automation software, or artificial intelligence.
• Disrespectful or threatening behaviour towards tg33 officers or employees.
• Attempting unauthorised access to the platform's systems.
